Black Canary🖼️1998
As you might have known, Black Canary herself breaks the guidelines on my own rulebook. Which is why I pick this specific appearance of her from Issue 11 where she has no wig and most importantly, no fishnet leggings. And more apparent when she’s found without her classic jacket when she was knocked out and ended up waking up on some creepy prince’s bed.
Dinah Laurel Lance is the vigilante Black Canary, one of the world’s foremost martial artists and possessor of the devastating “Canary Cry”, a sonic scream that can shatter steel. She followed in the footsteps of her superhero mother, Dinah Drake, the Golden Age Black Canary.
